ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר פרת חטאת המעוברת כשירה 5  וחכמ׳ וחכמים פוסלין ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר אינה נלקחת מן הגוים וחכמ׳ וחכמים מכשירין ולא זו בלבד אלא כל קרבנות הציבור והיחיד באין מהארץ ומחוצה לארץ מן החדש ומן הישן חוץ מן העומר ושתי הלחם שאינן באין אלא מן החדש ומן 10  הארץ

ה׳ שכן עליה 25  עוף כשירה עלה עליה זכר פסולה ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אם העלהו אחר פסולה ואם מעצמו כשירה

ו׳ היו בה שתי שערות שחורות או לבנות בתוך גומא אחת פסולה ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר בתוך כוס אחד היו בתוך שני כוסות והן מוכיחות 30  זו את זו פסולה ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אפילו ארבע ואפילו חמש והן מפוזרות יתלוש ר ׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר אפילו חמשים ר׳ רבי יהושע בן בתירה אומ׳ אומר אפילו אחת בראשה ואחת בזנבה פסולה היו בה שתי שערות עיקרן משחיר וראשן מאדים 35  עיקרן מאדים וראשן משחיר הכל הולך אחר הנראה דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר וחכמ׳ וחכמים או׳ אומרים אחר העיקר
