שלוש ארצות לשביעית כל שהחזיקו עולי בבל מארץ ישראל ועד גזיב לא נאכל ולא נעבד 5 כל שהחזיקו עולי מצרים מגזיב עד הנהר ועד אמנם נאכל אבל לא נעבד מן הנהר ומאמנם ולפנים נאכל ונעבד
2ב׳ עושין בתלוש בסורייה אבל לא במחובר דשים וזורים וד׳ ודורכים ומעמרים אבל לא קוצרין '' ולא 10 בוצרים ולא מוסקין כלל אמ ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי עקיבה כל ש' שכיוצא בו מותר בארץ עושין אותו ב׳ בסורייה
3ג׳ בצלים שירדו עליהם גש' גשמים וצימחו אם היו העלים שלהם שחורין אסורין הוריקו הרי אלו מותרין ר׳ רבי חנניה בן 15 אנטיגנס אומ׳ אומר אם יכולין להיתלש בעלין של׳ שלהן אסורין כנגד כן מוצאי שביעית מותרין
4ד׳ מאמתי מותר אדם ליקח ''' ירק במוצאי שביעית משיעשה כיוצא בו עשה הבכיר הותר האפיל ר׳ רבי התיר ליקח ירק במוצאי 20 שביעית מיד
5ה׳ אין מוציאין '' שמן שריפה ופירות שביעית מהארץ לחוצה לא' לארץ אמ ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון שמעתי בפירוש שמוציאין לסורייה ואין מוציאין לחוצה לארץ
