המקדש ונפל קידוש על ידו או על הצד ואחר כך נפל לשוקת פסול נפל מן השפופרת לשוקת פסול נטל מן מן השפופרת וכיסה או שהגיף את הדלת 10  הקידוש כשר והמים פסולים זקפה בארץ פסול לתוך ידו כשר מפני שאיפשר

ב׳ היה קידוש צף על פני המים ר׳ רבי מאיר ור׳ ורבי ?? שמעון או׳ אומר נוטל ומקדש וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כל ש׳ נ׳ שנגע במים אין מקדשין בו ג׳ זלף את 15  המים ונמצא קידוש מלמטן ר׳ רבי מאיר ור ׳ ורבי שמעון או׳ אומר מנגב ומקדש וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כל שנגע במים אין מקדשין בו

ד׳ המקדש בשוקת והטפיח בתוכה אף על פי פיו צר כל שהוא המים שבתוכו מקודשים היה ספוג 20  המים שבתוכו פסולין כיצד יעשה זולף עד שהוא מגיע לספוג נגע בספוג אף על פי ש' שהמים צפים על גביו כל שהן פסולין

ה׳ נתן את ידו או רגלו או עלי ירקות כדי שיעברו המים לחבית פסולין אם עלי קנים ועלי אגוז 25  כשרים זה הכלל דבר שהוא מקבל טומאה פסול ושאינו מקבל טומאה כשר

ו׳ המפנה את המעין לתוך הגת או לתוך הגבי פסולים לזבים ולמצורעים ולקדש מהן מי חטאת מפני שלא נתמלו בכלי 30
