המבריך את הגפן בארץ אם אין עפר על גבה 15 שלשה טפחים לא יביא זרע עליה אפילו הבריכה בדלעת או בסילון הבריכה בסלע א' אף על פי שאין עפר על גבה אלא שלש אצבעות מותר להביא זרע עליה הארכובה שבגפן אין מודדין אלא מעיקר השני
20 2ב׳ המבריך שלש גפנים ועיקריהם נראין ר׳ רבי אלע׳ אלעזר בר׳ ברבי צדוק או׳ אומר אם יש ביניהם מארבע אמות ועד שמונה הרי אילו מצטרפות ואם לאו אינן מצטרפות גפן שיבשה אסורה וא' ואינה מקדשת ר׳ רבי מאיר או׳ אומר אף גפן צמר א' 25 אסור ואינו מקדש ר׳ רבי לעזר בר׳ ברבי צדוק אומר אף על גבי הגפן אסור ואינו מקדש
3ג׳ אלו אסורים ולא מקדשין מותר חורבן הכרם מותר מחול הכרם מותר פיסקי עריס מותר אפיפיירות אבל תחת הגפן ועבודת הגפן וא' 30 וארבע אמות שבכרם הרי אילו מקדשים
4ד׳ המסכך את גפנו על גבי תבואתו ש' שלחבירו הרי זה קידש וחייב באחריותו רבי יוסי ור׳ ורבי שמעון אומ׳ אומר אין אדם מקדש '' דבר שאינו שלו
5ה׳ אמ ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יוסי מעשה באחד 35 שזרע את כרמו בשביעית ובא מעשה לפני ר׳ רבי עקי׳ עקיבה ו אמ ׳ ׳ ואמר אין אדם מקדש דבר שאינו שלו
6ו׳ האנס שזרע את הכרם ויצא מלפניו קוצרו אפילו במועד עד כמה הוא נותן ל׳ לפועלים עד שליש יתר מכן קוצר כדרכו 10r 10rA והולך אפילו לאחר המועד מאמתי הוא נקרא אנס משיישקע
7ז׳ הרוח שעילעלה את הגפנים על גבי תבואה יגרוד מיד אם אירעו 5 אונס מותר תבואה שהיא נוטה תחת הגפן וכן בירק מחזיר ואינו מקדש מאמתי תבואה מתקדשת משתשריש וענבים משיעשו כפול הלבן תבואה שיבשה כל צורכה וענבים שב׳ שבישלו כל צורכן אין מתקדשות
8ח׳ 10 עציץ נקוב מקדש בכרם ושאינו נקוב אינו מקדש ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון או׳ אומר זה וזה אסורין '''' ולא מקדשין המעביר עציץ נקוב בכרם אם הוסיף במאתים אסור
