ה׳ כל ספק נגעים כתחילה 30  טהור עד שלא נזקק לטומאה משנזקק לטומאה ספיקו טמא כיצד שנים שבאו אצל כהן בזה בהרת כגריס ובזה כסלע בסוף שבוע בזה כסלע ובזה כסלע ואין ידוע באי זה מהן פשת בין באיש אחד בין בשני אנשים טהור ר׳ רבי עקיבה 35  או׳ אומר באיש אחד טמא בשני אנשים טהור
