אלו דברים שאין להם שיעור הפאה והביכו׳ והביכורים והראיון וגמילות חסד׳ חסדים ותלמוד תורה אלו דברים שאדם אוכל מפירותיהן בעולם הזה והקרן קיימת לו לעולם '' הבא כיבוד אב ואם וגמילות חסדים והבאת שלום 20  שבין אדם לחבירו ותלמוד תורה כנגד כולם

ב׳ אין פוחתין לפאה מששים אף על פי שאמרו אין לפאה שיעור הכל לפי גודל השדה ולפי רוב העניים ולפי רוב הענווה

ג׳ נותנין פאה מתחילת השדה ומאמצעה 25  ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר ובלבד שיתן בסוף כשיעור ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר אם שייר קלח אחד סומך לו מש' משם פאה ואם לאו אינו נותן אלא משם הבקר

ד׳ כלל אמרו בפאה כל שהוא א' אוכל ונשמר וגידוליו מן הארץ ולקיטתו 30  כאחת ומכנסו לקיום חייב בפאה והתבואה והקטניות בכלל הזה
