כרם שחרב אם יש בו ללקט עשר גפנים לבית סאה ונטועות כהילכתן הרי זה נקרא כרם דל כרם שהוא נטוע ערבוביא אם יש בו לכוון שתים כנגד שלש הרי זה כרם ואם 40  לאו אינו כרם ר׳ רבי מאיר או׳ אומר '' הואיל והוא 9rB  נראה כתבנית כרמים הרי זה כרם

ב׳ כרם שהוא נטוע על פחות מארבע אמות ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר אינו כרם וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים הרי זה 5  כרם ורואין את האמצעיים כילו אינן

ג׳ חריץ שהוא עובר בכרם עמוק עשרה ורחב ארבעה ר׳ רבי אליע׳ אליעזר בן יעקב או׳ אומר אם היה מפ׳ מפלש מראש הכרם ועד ראשו הרי זה נראה כבין שני כרמים זורעין בתוכו ואם 10  לאו הרי הוא כגת הגת שבכרם עמוקה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה ר׳ רבי אליע׳ אליעזר או׳ אומר זורעים בתוכה וחכמ׳ וחכמים אוסרין שומרה שבכרם גבוהה עשרה ורחבה ארבעה זורעין בראשה ואם היה שער כותש אסור

ד׳ גפן 15  שהיא נטועה בגת או בנקע נותנין לה ע׳ עבודתה וזורע את המותר ר׳ רבי יוסי או׳ אומר אם אין שם ארבע אמות לא יביא זרע לשם והבית שבכרם זורעין בתוכו

ה׳ הנוטע ירק בכרם או מקיים הרי זה מקדש 20  ארבעים וחמש גפנים אימתי בזמן שהן נטועות על ארבע ארבע או על חמש חמש היו נטועות על שש שש או על שבע שבע הרי זה מקדש שש עשרה אמה לכל רוח עגולות לא מרובעות

ו׳ הרואה ירק 25  בכרם ואמ׳ ואמר כשאגיע לו אלקטנו מותר כש' כשאחזור אלקטנו אם הוסיף במאתים אסור

ז׳ היה עובר בכרם ונפלו ממנו זרעים או שיצאו עם הזבלים או עם המים הזורע וסוערתו הרוח לאחריו מותר סייעתו 30  הרוח לפניו ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אם עשבים יופך ואם אביב ינפץ ואם הביאה דגן תדלק
