בית שמי אומ ׳ אומרים כל הניתנים על מזבח החיצון 20  שנתנן מתנה אחת כיפר ובחטאת שתי מ' מתנות ובית הלל אומ ׳ אומרים אף חטאת שנתנה מתנה אחת כיפר לפיכך אם נתן את הר׳ הראשנה כְתִֿיקְנַהכתיקנה ואת השנייה חוץ לזמנה כיפר ואם נתן את הראשנה חוץ לזמנה ואת 25  השניה חוץ למקומה פיגול וחייבין עליו כרת

ב׳ כל הניתנים על מזבח הפנימי שאם חיסר אחת מן המתנות לא כיפר כ׳ לפיכך אם נתן כולם כתיקנן ואחת שלא כתיקנה פסול ואין בו כרת

ג׳ אלו 30  דברים שאין חייבין עליהם משם פיגול הקומץ והלבונה והקטרת ומנחת כהנים ומנחת כהן משיח ומנחת נסכים והדם והנסכים הבאים בפני עצמן דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר וחכמ ׳ וחכמים אומ ׳ אומרים אף הבאים עם הבהמה ולג ש' 35  שמן שלמצורע ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר אין חייבין עליו משם פיגול ר׳ רבי מאיר או׳ אומר חייבין ע׳ עליו משם פיגול שדם האשם מתירו וכל שיש לו מתירין בין לאדם בין למזבח 118v  118vA  חייבין עליו משם פיגול

ד׳ העולה דמה מתיר את בשרה למזבח ועורה לכ׳ לכהנים עולת העוף דמה מתיר את ב׳ 5  בשרה למזבח חטאת העוף דמה מתיר את בשרה לכהנים פרים הנשרפין וש' ושעירים הנשרפין דמן מתיר '' את אימוריהן ליקרב ר׳ רבי שמען או׳ אומר כל שאינו על מזבח החיצון בשלמים אין חייבים 10  עליו משום פיגול

ה׳ קדשי גוים אין חייבין עליהן משם פיגול ונותר וטמא והשוחטן בחוץ פטור דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון ור׳ ורבי יוסה מחייב דברים שאין חייבין עליהן משם פיגול חייבין עליהן משם נותר ומ׳ 15  ומשם טמא חוץ מן הדם ונומר ר׳ רבי שמע׳ שמעון או׳ אומר בדבר שדרכו להיאכל אבל כגון העצים והלבונה והקטרת אין חייבין עליהן משם טומאה

ו׳ לשם ששה דברים הזבח נזבח לשם זבח לשם זובח לשם השם 20  לשם אישים לשם ריח לשם ניחוח חטאת ואשם לשם חט אמ ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יוסה ואף מי שלא היה בלבו לשם אחד מכל אלו כשר שהוא תניי בית דין שאין המחשבה הולכת א' אלא לאחר העובד 25
