ב׳ כל הקדשים שקדם מום קבוע ל׳ להקדישן ונפדו חייבין בבכורה ובמתנות יוצאין לחולין להיגזז ולהיעבד וולדן וח׳ וחלבן מותר לאחר פדיונן והשוחטן בחוץ פטור ואין עושין תמורה ואם מתו ייפדו 10  חוץ מן הבכור והמעשר ג׳ וכל שקדם הקדישן אם מומן או מום עובר להקדישן לאחר מיכן נולד להם מום קבוע להקדישן ונפדו פטורין מן הבכורה ומן המתנות ואין יוצאין לחולין להיגזז ולהיעבד וולדן 15  וחלבן אסור לאחר פדיונן והשוחטן בחוץ חייב ועושין תמורה ואם מתו ייקברו

ד׳ בכור שנתערב במאה בזמן שמאה שוחטין את כולן פוטרין את כולן אחד שוחט את כולן פוטרין לו אחד השוחט 20  לכהן ולנכרי פטור מן המתנות והמשתתף עמהן צריך שירשום ואם אמ ׳ אמר חוץ מן המתנות פטור מן המתנות אמ ׳ אמר לו מכור לי בני מעיה שלפרה והיו בהן מתנות נותנן לכהן ואינו מנכה לו מן הדמים 25  לקח הימנו משקל נותנן לכהן ומנכה לו מן הדמים

ה׳ גר שנתגייר והיתה לו פרה נשחטת עד שלא נתגייר פטור ומשנתגייר חייב ואם ספק פטור שהמוציא מחבירו עליו הראייה ו׳ ואי זה הוא הזרוע מן ה׳ 30  הפרק שלארכובה ועד כף שליד והוא של נזיר וכנגדו בנ ברגל שוק ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר שוק מן הפרק שלארכובה ועד סובך ש׳ שלרגל ואי זה הוא לחי מן הפרק שללחי ועד פיקה שלגרגרת 35
