2ב׳ ר׳ רבי נחוניה בן הקנה היה מתפלל בכניסתו לבית המדרש וביציא׳ וביציאתו תפילה קצרה אמרו לו מה מקום לתפילה זו אמ ׳ אמר להם בכניסתי אני מתפלל 2rB שלא תארע תקלה על ידיי וביציאתי אני נותן הודיה על חלקי
3ג׳ רבן גמליאל א׳ אומר בכל יום אדם מתפלל שמונה עשרה ור׳ ורבי יהושע אומר 5 מעין שמונה עשרה ור׳ ורבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אם שגרה תפילתו בפיו מתפלל שמונה עשרה ואם לאו מעין שמונה עשרה
