בהרת עזה נראת בגרמני כהה והכהה בכושי עזה ר׳ רבי ישמעאל או׳ אומר בית שמי אומ ׳ אומרים בית יש׳ ישראל אני כפרתן הרי הן כאשכרע לא שחורים ולא לבנים אלא בינונים ר׳ רבי עקיבה 25 או׳ אומר יש לציירים סממנין שהן צרים צורות שחורות ולבנות ובינוניות מביא סם בינוני ומקיפו מבחוץ וייראה כבינוני ר׳ רבי יהודה או ׳ אומר מראות נגעים להקל אבל לא להחמיר ייר׳ ייראה הגרמני בבשרו להקל והכושי כבינוני 30 להקל וחכמ ׳ וחכמים אומ ׳ אומרים זה וזה כבינוני
2ב׳ אין רואין את הנגעים בשחרית ובין הערבים ולא בתוך הבית ולא ביום מעונן לפי שכהה נראת עזה ולא בצהרים לפי שעזה נראת כהה ואמתי רואין בשלש ובארבע ובחמש 35 בשבע ובשמנה ובתשע דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר בארבע ובחמש ובשמנה ובתשע
3ג׳ כהן הסומא באחת מעיניו או שכהה מאור עיניו לא יראה את הנגעים שנ ׳ שנאמר לכל מראה עיני הכהן בית האפל אין פותחין בו חלונות 168v 168vA לראות את נגעו
4ד׳ כיצד ראיית הנגע האיש נראה כעודר וכמוסק זיתים והא' והאשה כעורכת וכמניקה את בנה כ׳ 5 כאורגת בעומדין לשיחי ליד הימנית ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אף כטווה בפשתן לשמאלית כשם שהוא נראה לנגעו כך הוא נראה לתגלחתו
