שום היתומין שלשים יום ושום ההקדש ששים יום מכריזין בבקר ובערב המקדיש 30  נכסיו והיתה עליו כתובת אשה ר׳ רבי ליעזר או׳ אומר כשיגרשנה ידיר הנייה ור׳ ורבי יהושוע אומ ׳ אומר אינו צריך כיוצא בו אמ ׳ אמר רבן שמעון בן גמל׳ גמליאל הערב לאשה בכתובתה היה בעלה מגרשה ידירנה הנייה שמא יעשו קינונוייא על נכ׳ 35  נכסיו שלזה ויחזיר אש את אשתו

ב׳ המקדיש נכסיו והיתה בהן כתובת אשה ובעלי חוב אין האשה יכולה לגבות כתובתה 136vB  מן ההקדש ולא בעל חוב את חובו ''' אלא הפודה פודה על מנת ליתן לאשה כתובתה ולבעל חוב את חובו הקדיש תשעים מנה 5  והיה חובו מאה מנה מוסיף עוד דינר ופ׳ ופודה את הנכסים הללו על מנת ליתן לאשה כתובתה ולבעל חוב את חובו

ג׳ אף על פי שאמרו חייבי ערכים ממשכנים אתם נותנין לו מזון שלשים יום וכסות שנים 10  עשר חודש מיטה מוצעת סנדלין ותפילין לו אבל לא לאשתו ולבניו אם היה אומן נותנין לו שני כלי אומנות שנים מכל מין ומין חַרָשּחרש נותנין לו שני מעצדים ושתי מְגֵירֹותמגירות ר׳ רבי אליע׳ אליעזר או׳ אומר אם היה איכר נותנין לו צמדו 15  חמר נותנין לו חמורו

ד׳ היה לו מין אחד מרובה ומין אחד ממועט אין אומר׳ אומרים למכור מן המרובה וליקח מן הממועט אלא נותנין לו שני מינין מן המרובה וכל שיש לו מן הממועט המקדיש נכסיו מעלין לו 20  את תפיליו

ה׳ אחד המקדיש נכסיו ואחד המעריך את עצמו אין לו לא בכסות אשתו ולא בכסות בניו ולא בצבע שצבען לשמן ולא בסנדלים חדשים שלקחן לשמן אף על פי שאמרו עבדים נמכרין בכסותן 25  לשבח שאם תילקח לו כסות בשלשים דינר משובח הוא מנה וכן פרה אם ממתינין לה אותה לאטלס משבחת היא וכן מרגלית א' אם מעלים אתה לכרך משבחת '' היא אין להקדש אלא מקומו ושעתו 30
