דם הנידה ובשר המת מטמאין לחין ומטמאין יבשין אבל הזוב 25 והנואי והירוק והשרץ והנבלה ושכבת זרע מטמאין לחין ואין מטמאין יבשין אם יכולין להשרות ולחזור לכמות שהיו מ׳ מטמין לחין ומטמין יבשין וכמה היא שרייתן בפושרין מעת לעת ר׳ רבי יוסה או׳ אומר 30 בשר המת שיבש ואינו יכול להשרות ולחזור לכמות שהיה טהור
2ב׳ השרץ שנמצא במבוי מטמא למפרע עד ש׳ שיאמר בדקנו את המבוי הזה ולא היה בו שרץ וכן בשעת הכיבוד וכן כתם שנמצא 35 בחלוק מטמא למפריע עד שיאמר בדקנו 186vB את החלוק ולא היה בו כתם וכן בשעת הכיבוס ומטמא בין לח בין יבש ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר היבש מטמא למפרע והלח אינו מטמא למפריע 5 אלא עד שהוא יכול לחזור להיות לח

5ה׳ נאמנין לומר קברנו שם את הנפלים או לא קברנו נ׳ נאמנים על הבהמה אם ביכרה אם לא ביכרה נאמנים על ציון קברות ואין נאמנין על הסככות ולא על הפרעות ולא על בית הפרס זה הכלל כל 20 דבר שהן חשודין בו אין נאמנין עליו
