עד אמתי חורשים בשדה האילן '' ערב שביעית בית שמי אומ׳ אומרים כל זמן שהוא יפה לפרי ובית הלל אומ׳ אומרים עד העצרת וקרובים דברי אלו להיות כדברי אלו

ב׳ אי זו 15  היא שדה האילן כל שלשה אילנות לבית סאה אם ראוין לעשות כיכר דבילה '' של ששים מנה באיטלקי חורשין כל בית ס׳ סאה בשבילן פחות מיכן אין חורשין ל׳ להן אלא מלא ˝הרואה האורה מקום שעומד הבוצר וסלו חוצה לו

ג׳ 20  אחד אילן סרק ואחד אילן מאכל רואין אותן כאילו הן תאינים אם רואין לעשות ככר דבילה שלששים מנה באיטלקי חור׳ חורשין כל בית סאה בשבילן פחות מיכן אין חורשין להם אלא צורכן

ו׳ שלושה אילנות שלשלושה אנשים הרי אלו מצטרפין וחורשין כל בית סאה וכמה יהא ביניהן רבן שמעון בן גמליאל 10vB  או׳ אומר כדי שיהא הבקר עובר בכליו

ז׳ עשר נטיעות מפוזרות בתוך בית '' סאה חורשין כל בית סאה עד ראש השנה '' היו 5  עשויות שורה ומוקפות עטרה אין חורשין להן אלא צורכן

ח׳ הנטיעות והדילועין מצטרפין לתוך בית סאה רבן שמע׳ שמעון בן גמ ׳ גמליאל או׳ אומר עשרה דילועים לבית סאה חורשין כל בית סאה עד ראש השנה

ט׳ עד 10  אימתי נקראו נטיעות ר׳ רבי לעזר בן עזריה או׳ אומר עד שיחולו משיתחילו ר׳ רבי יהוש׳ יהושע או׳ אומר בת שבע שנים ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר נטיעה כשמה אילן שניגמם וה׳ והוציא חליפים מטפח ולמטן כנטיעה מ׳ מטפח ולמעלן כאילן דברי ר׳ רבי שמעון 15
