הלוקח בהמה מן הגוי ואין ידוע אם ביכרה ואם לא ביכירה ר׳ רבי ישמעא׳ ישמעאל או׳ אומר עז בת שנתה וודיי לכהן מיכן והלך ספק רחל בת שתים וודיי לכהן מיכן והלך ספק פרה וחמור ב׳ 35 בנות שלש וודיי לכהן מיכן ואילך ספק ב׳ אמ ׳ אמר לו ר׳ רבי עקיבה אילו בוולד בלבד הבהמה נפטרת היה כדבריך אלא אמרו ס׳ 132vB סימן הוולד בבהמה דקה טינוף ובגסה שילייה ובאשה שפיר ושילייה זה הכלל כל שידוע שביכירה אין כאן לכהן כלום וכל שלא ב׳ 5 ביכירה הרי זה לכהן ואם ספק יאכל במומו לבעלים ר׳ רבי אליע׳ אליעזר בן יעקב או׳ אומר בהמה גסה ששפעה חררת דם הרי זו תיקבר ונפטרה מן הבכורה

4ה׳ שער בכור בעל מום שנשר והיניחו בחלון ואחר כך 20 שחטו עקביה בן מהללאל מתיר וחכמ ׳ וחכמים או׳ אוסרין דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה אמ ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יוסה לא בזה התיר עקביה בן מהללאל אלא שער בכור בעל מום שנשר והניחו בחלון ואחר כך מת בזה עקביה בן מהללאל מתיר וחכמ ׳ וחכמים אוסרין 25 הצמר המדובלל בבכור את שהוא נראה עם הגזה מותר ואת שאינו נראה מן הגזה אסור
