וולד חטאת ותמורת חטאת וחטאת שמתו בעליה ימותו ושעיברה שנתה ושאבדה ונמצאת ובעלת מום אם משכיפרו הבעלים תמות אינה עושה תמורה ולא נהנים ולא מועלים ואם עד שלא כיפרו הבעלים תרעה 15  עד שתסתאב ותימכר ויביא בדמיה אחרת ועושה תמורה ומועלין בה

ב׳ המפריש חטאתו ואבדה והקריב אחרת תחתיה ואחר כך נמצאת הראשונה תמות המפריש מעות לחטאתו ואבדו והקריב חטאת תחתיהן וא' 20  ואחר כך נמצאו המעות ילכו לים המלח

ג׳ המפריש מעות לחטאתו ואבדו וה׳ והפריש מעות אחרים תחתיהן לא הספיק ליקח בהן חטאת עד שנמצאו מעות הראש' הראשונות יביא מאלו ומאלו חטאת והש׳ 25  והשאר יפלו לנדבה ד׳ המפריש מעות לחטאתו ואבדו והפריש חטאת תחתיהם לא הספיק להקריבה עד שנמצאו המעות והרי חטאת בעלת מום תימכר ויביא מאלו ומאלו חטאת והשאר יפלו לנדבה ה׳ 30  המפריש חטאתו ואבדה והפריש ''' מעות תחתיה לא הספיק ליקח בהן חטאת '' עד שנמצאת חטאתו והרי היא בעלת מום א' תימכר ויביא מאלו ומאלו חטאת והשאר יפלו לנדבה ו׳ המפריש חטאתו ואבדה 35  והפריש אחרת תחתיה לא הספיק להקריבה עד שנמצאת הראשונה והרי שתיהן בעלות מום יימכרו ויביא מאלו ומאלו חטאת ו׳ והשאר יפלו לנדבה ז׳ המפריש 139rB  חטאתו ואבדה והפריש אחרת תחתיה לא הספיק להקריבה עד שנמצאת הראשנה וה׳ והרי שתיהן תמימות אחת מהן תיקרב חט׳ 5  חטאת והשנייה תמות דב׳ דברי ר׳ רבי מאיר וחכמים אומ ׳ אומרים אין חטאת מתה אלא שנמצאת מא׳ מאחר שכיפרו הבעלים אין המעות הולכות לים המלח אלא שנמצאו מאחר שכיפרו ה׳ הבעלים

ח׳ המפריש חטאתו והרי היא 10  בעלת מום מכרה ויביא בדמיה אחרת רבי לעזר בר׳ ברבי שמעון או׳ אומר אם קרבה שנייה עד שלא נשחטה הראשנה תמות '' שכבר כיפרו הבעלים
