ב׳ אמ ׳ אמר עד אחד אני ראיתיה שניטמת לא היתה 5  שותה ולא עוד אלא אפילו עבד ואפילו שפחה הרי אלו נאמנים אף לפוסלה מכתובתה חמותה ובת חמותה וצרתה ויבמתה '' ובת בעלה הרי אלו נאמנות לא לפוסלה מכתובתה אמרו אלא שלא תשתה
