שלש ארצות לשביעית כל שהחזיקו עולי בבל מארץ ישר׳ ישראל ועד גזיב ולא נאכל ולא 10 נאכל ולא נעבד כל שהחזיקו עולי מצרים מגזיב ועד הנהר ועד אמנם נאכל אבל לא נעבד מהנהר ומאמנם לפנים נאכל ונעבד
2ב׳ עושין בתלוש בסוריא אבל לא במחובר דשין וזורין וזוררין ומסמרין אבל לא קוצרין ולא בוצרין ולא מוסקין כלל א׳ר׳ אמר רבי עקי׳ עקיבא כל שכיוצא בו מותר בארץ עושין אותו בסוריא
3ג׳ בצלים שירדו עליהן גשמים וצמחו אב ם ל היו העלין שבהן שחורין אסורין הוריקו הרי אלו מותר׳ מותרין 15 ר׳ רבי חנניה בן אנטיגנס או׳ אומר אם יכולין להתלש בד עעלין שלהן אסורין כנגד כן מוצאי שבי׳ שביעית מותרין
4ד׳ מאמתי מותר אדם ליקח ירק במוצאי שביעית משיעש׳ משיעשה כיוצא בו עשה הבכיר מותר האפל ר׳ רבי התיר ליקח ירק במוצאי שביעית מיד
