א׳ר׳ אמר רבי אלעזר לא התקין רב׳ רבן יוחנ׳ יוחנן
בן זכאי אלא ביבנה בלב׳ בלבד אמ׳ אמרו
לו אחד יבנה ואחד כל מקום
5 שיש בו בי׳ד׳ בית דין ו2עוד זאת
הית׳ היתה ירושל׳ ירושלם יתיר׳ יתירה על יבנה
שכל עיר שרואה ושומע׳ ושומעת
וקרוב׳ וקרובה ויכולה לבא תוקעי׳ תוקעין בה
וביבנה לא היו תוקעין אלא
10 בב׳ בבית ד׳ דין בלבד 3 בראשנ׳ בראשנה היה
לולב נוטל במקדש שבעה
ובמדינ׳ ובמדינה יום אחד משחרב בי׳ בית
המקדש התקין רבן יוחנן בן
זכאי שיהא לול׳ לולב ? נוטל במדינ׳ במדינה
15 שבע׳ שבעה זכר למקדש ושיה׳ ושיהא יו׳ יום
הנף כולו אסור 4 בראשנ׳ בראשנה
היו מקבלין עדו׳ עדות החדש כל

העדים לבא ונתקלקלו הלוי׳ הלוים
