2יש15 בקדשי בדק הבית שאין בקדשי ? מזבח יש בקדשי בדק הבית שסתם הקדשות לבדק הבית חל על הכל ? ומועלין עליהן בגידוליהן ואין ? בהן הנאה לכהנים מה שאין כן20 בקדשי מזבח

6כל הקדשי׳ הקדשים שנשחטו חוק לזמנן ? וחוץ למקומן הרי אלו ישרפו ? אשם תלוי ישרף ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר יקבר10 חטא׳ חטאת העוף הבאה על הספק תשרף ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר יטילנה לאמה כל הנשרפין לא יקברו וכל הנקברין לא ישרפו ר׳ רבי יהוד׳ יהודה או׳ אומר אם רצה להחמיר על עצמ ׳ עצמו לשרוף את 15 הנקברים רשאי אמרו לו אינו ? מותר לשנות
